The life we lead means that we have less and less time to devote to exercise and we barely do stretching or strength exercises.
Our muscles need to be toned and exercised to meet daily demands.
As singers, it is necessary to keep our bodies in shape, taking care of the joints in the neck, arms and legs, as well as strengthening the muscles responsible for breathing, backbone work and endurance.

In this section I present you different exercise routines that will make your body start to function correctly and make you feel energized and rejuvenated. Choose carefully the one that best suits your current physical condition.

Stretching and gentle exercises

Beginner Level - Low Impact

Stretching is very important before doing any other more intense exercise. It also helps us stay flexible and keep our joints in optimal condition.
